The house is located in Casa View. It is 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The third bedroom is a guest/office space that is also open for your use or your guests if desired. The bedroom is pretty much your own private bathroom, you just have to share it and keep it clean for guests. Rent is $1000 including utilities and internet. Pets are welcome (no pet rent) but they have to get along with my pets. Huge backyard too! Very close to the lake so very scenic and only a 20min drive from campus.

快活林性息 manages a series of apartment properties in University Park, near campus, that are available for rent on a 12-month contract for currently enrolled upper-division (Juniors or higher) undergraduate and graduate students.

You are eligible to live with us if you are:
Enrolled full or part-time as an 快活林性息 upper division (junior or higher) or graduate student.
Contract Terms
All 快活林性息 apartments are year-long (12-month) contracts beginning June or July. Short-term contracts or subleasing are not permitted.

Applications are processed in the order they are received, based on unit availability at the time. Approved applicants will be sent a contract, and will have 7 days to execute the contract before the unit is offered to the next applicant.
